Section 3918.0308 - Adding Or Removing Territory(a) The board may add or remove territory as provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code. (b) The district may add or remove territory as described by Subsection (a) only if the governing body of the city by ordinance or resolution consents to the addition or removal. Tex. Spec. Dist.
