Tex. Spec. Dists. Code § 3913.001

Section 3913.001 - Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "County" means Burnet County.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Burnet County Improvement District No. 1.
