Section 3911.054 - Ex Officio Directors(a) The following persons serve ex officio as nonvoting directors: (1) the city manager of the city; and(2) the chief financial officer of the city.(b) An ex officio director is entitled to notice of board meetings and to speak on a matter before the board.
