Section 3906.164 - Miscellaneous Design, Construction, and Maintenance An improvement project may include the planning, design, construction, improvement, and maintenance of:
(1) a project or service listed in Section 375.112(a)(1), Local Government Code;(2) highway right-of-way or transit corridor beautification and improvement;(3) a hiking and cycling path or trail;(4) a pedestrian walkway;(5) a garden, community activities center, dock, wharf, sports facility, open space, or related exhibit or preserve; or(6) a bulkhead or other improvement designed to prevent erosion.Tex.
