Section 3884.001 - Definitions In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.(2) "City" means the City of Dallas.(3) "District" means the North Oak Cliff Municipal Management District.(4) "Improvement project" means a project authorized by Section 3884.102:(A) inside the boundaries of the district; and(B) in areas outside but adjacent to the boundaries of the district if the project is for the purpose of extending public infrastructure improvements beyond the district's boundaries to a logical terminus.Tex.
