Section 3881.301 - Municipal Annexation; Dissolution(a) The district is a "water or sewer district" under Section 43.071, Local Government Code.(b) Section 43.075, Local Government Code, applies to the district.(c) Section 375.264, Local Government Code, does not apply to the dissolution of the district by a municipality.
