Section 3874.051 - Governing Body; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of nine directors composed of: (1) six directors appointed by the governing body of the city;(2) one assistant city manager of the city, appointed by the city manager;(3) the chief financial officer of the city; and(4) the economic director of the city.(b) Directors serve staggered terms of four years, with four or five directors' terms expiring July 1 of each odd-numbered year.Tex.
