Section 3854.205 - Financing Improvement Projects or Services(a) The district may finance the cost of any authorized improvement project or service in the manner provided by any law that applies to the district.(b) A petition under Section 375.114 or 375.243, Local Government Code, is not required for the board to levy a tax, assessment, or impact fee to finance improvement projects and services under this chapter.Tex.
