Section 3854.106 - Voting; Actions(a) Directors may vote on any matter authorized by Subchapter D, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.(b) The board may take action only if the action is approved in the manner prescribed by Subchapter D, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.
