Section 3845.054 - Qualifications(a) To be qualified to serve as an appointed director, a person must be at least 18 years old and a state resident.(b) To be qualified to serve as an elected director, a person must meet the qualifications for an appointed director and be an owner of real property subject to taxation in the district or a qualified voter of the district.Tex.
