Section 3838.152 - Rules for Parking System(a) The district may adopt rules covering its public parking system.(b) Rules adopted under this section that relate to or affect the use of the public right-of-way or a requirement for off-street parking are subject to all applicable municipal charter, code, and ordinance requirements.
