Section 3831.059 - Meetings; Notice of Meetings(a) The board may establish regular meetings to conduct district business and may hold special meetings at other times as necessary.(b) The board shall provide the notice prepared under Subchapter C, Chapter 551, Government Code, to the City of Temple's secretary. In addition to the requirements imposed by that subchapter on the district, the city shall post the notice at the usual location at which notices of city council meetings are posted.Tex. Spec. Dist.
