Section 3818.203 - Hearing Procedure(a) The board may appoint a director, a district employee, or any other person as hearings examiner to conduct hearings required by the board.(b) A hearing under this subchapter shall be conducted in the manner provided for contested cases under Chapter 2001, Government Code.
