Section 3001.109 - Sugar Mill or Other Enterprise(a) The district may design, construct, and operate a sugar mill or other agricultural enterprise.(b) The district may acquire property necessary for a sugar mill or other agricultural enterprise, including vehicles, farm equipment, other machinery, and related facilities for harvesting, processing, storing, distributing, and transporting sugar cane or other agricultural products or by-products.Tex.
