Tex. Spec. Dists. Code § 1109.001

Section 1109.001 - Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of hospital managers of the district.

(2) "Commissioners court" means the Commissioners Court of Tyler County.

(3) "District" means the Tyler County Hospital District.

(4) "Manager" means a member of the board.
