Section 1103.251 - Imposition of Ad Valorem Tax(a) The district may impose a tax on all taxable property in the district subject to district taxation.(b) The tax may be used to meet the requirements of:(1) district bonds;(2) indebtedness assumed by the district; and(3) district maintenance and operating expenses.
