Section 1088.055 - Officers(a) The board shall elect:(1) a president and a vice president from among its members; and(2) a secretary, who need not be a director.(b) Each officer of the board serves for a term of one year.(c) The board by vote shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
