Section 1072.023 - Temporary Officers(a) The temporary board shall elect a president and a vice president from among the temporary directors.(b) The temporary board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a temporary director.(c) The temporary board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
