Section 1052.056 - Officers(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president, vice president, secretary, and other officers as in the judgment of the board are necessary.(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1074, Sec. 8, eff. June 19, 2009.(c) If the president is absent or fails and declines to act, the vice president shall perform the president's duties and exercise the president's powers under this chapter.Tex. Spec.
