Section 1048.061 - Employees; Appointment and Dismissal of Staff(a) The board may appoint to or dismiss from the staff the physicians, dentists, and podiatrists the board determines necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as necessary.(b) The district may employ the fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys the board considers proper.(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to employ district employees, including technicians and nurses.Tex.
