Section 1031.059 - Meetings(a) A board meeting may be called by the president or any three directors.(b) Notice of the time and place of a board meeting must be given to each director at least 72 hours before the time of the meeting.(c) This section does not prevent the board by resolution from establishing a regular time and place for meetings for which special notice is not required.Tex.
