Section 1010.113 - Contracts With Governmental Entities for Investigatory or Other Services

The board may contract with any political subdivision or governmental agency for investigatory or other services as to:

(1) the hospital or medical needs of district inhabitants; or

(2) the hospital or medical care of the inhabitants of the other political subdivision or governmental agency.
