Section 47.079 - License Transfer(a) The commission by rule may set a fee for the transfer of a license. The amount of the transfer fee may not exceed the amount of the license fee.(b) The commission shall send all license transfer fees to the comptroller for deposit to the credit of the game, fish, and water safety account subject to Section 47.081(d).(c) The commission by proclamation shall allow a license to be transferred at any time.Tex.
