Section 47.0182 - Aquatic Product Shipping Requirements(a) Each container of aquatic products shipped for commercial purposes must have a label attached to the outside listing the following information correctly stated and legibly written:(1) the aquatic product transportation invoice number of the shipment of which the container is a part; and(2) the kind and weight of aquatic product.(b) No person may ship finfish in individual packages that contain more than one species of aquatic life.(c) A person possessing a shipment of aquatic products in violation of Subsection (a) or (b) of this section commits an offense.Tex.
