Section 47.014 - Bait Dealer's License(a) No person may engage in business as a bait dealer unless the person has obtained the appropriate bait dealer's license.(b) The license fee for a bait dealer's license is $20 for each place of business or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.(c) An operator of a Texas commercial aquaculture facility as defined by Section 134.001, Agriculture Code, is not required to obtain or possess a bait dealer's license if the operator's business activities with regard to the sale of aquatic products for bait involve only aquatic products raised on the operator's commercial aquaculture facility.Tex.
