Section 43.653 - Hunting License Required

The possession of either a migratory or upland game bird stamp does not authorize a person to hunt a migratory or upland game bird:

(1) without possessing a hunting license as provided by Chapter 42; or

(2) at any time or by means not otherwise authorized by this code.
