Section 43.551 - Permit for the Taking of Brood Stock By Commercial Aquaculture Facilities

The department may issue a permit to an operator of a commercial aquaculture facility as defined by Section 134.001, Agriculture Code, that authorizes the operator to take a specified quantity of fish brood stock from specified public water.
