Section 43.522 - Issuance and Expiration of Conservation Permit(a) The department or its agent may issue a conservation permit to any person on the payment to the department or agent of a fee in an amount set by the commission.(b) A conservation permit expires on the first anniversary of the date on which it is issued.Tex.
