Section 43.0763 - Application for Field Trial Permit(a) Any person, including a licensee, may apply to the department for a field trial permit.(b) The application must be on a form prescribed by the department and must contain the following information:(1) name and address of the applicant;(2) name, address, and identification number of the licensee for the private bird hunting area at which the field trial is to be held;(3) the species of birds to be used in the field trial; and(4) the name of the association or organization of bird dog clubs licensing or sanctioning the field trial.(c) Repealed by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 171, Sec. 2, eff.
