Section 43.0431 - Application for License(a) The department may require an application for a license and may prescribe the form and content of the application.(b) A written agreement containing the name, signature, address, and number of acres for each participating landowner included in a hunting cooperative must be attached to the application for a hunting lease license for a hunting lease that is a hunting cooperative.Tex.
