Section 12.605 - Procedure for Refusal to Issue or Renew Permit(a) Not later than the 10th day after the date a decision to refuse to issue or renew a permit has been made, the department shall provide to the applicant a written statement of the reasons for the decision.(b) The commission by rule shall adopt procedures consistent with this subchapter for the department's review of a refusal to issue or renew a permit.Tex.
