Section 11.051 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Nongame" means those species of vertebrate and invertebrate wildlife that are not classified as game animals, game birds, game fish, fur-bearing animals, endangered species, alligators, marine penaeid shrimp, or oysters.(2) "Endangered species" means those species listed as provided by Section 68.002 of this code.
