Section 1305.251 - Grounds for Denial or Disciplinary Action

A person is subject to denial of a license application or disciplinary action under Section 51.353 if the person violates:

(1) this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; or

(2) a rule or order of the executive director or commission.
