Section 1305.165 - License Issuance; Nontransferability(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date on which the department determines that an applicant has passed the examination required under this chapter, the executive director shall issue a license to the applicant if the applicant has complied with the application requirements and paid the fees required by this chapter.(b) A license issued by the executive director is valid throughout this state and is not transferable.Tex.
