Section 1201.203 - Forms; Rules(a) The board shall adopt rules and forms relating to:(1) the manufacturer's certificate;(2) the statement of ownership;(3) the application for a statement of ownership; and(4) the issuance of an initial or revised statement of ownership.(b) The board shall adopt rules for the documenting of the ownership of a manufactured home that has been previously owned in this state or another state. The rules must protect a lienholder recorded with the department.Tex. Occ. Code § 1201.203
