Section 1151.108 - Committee Duties The committee shall:
(1) recommend to the commission rules and standards regarding technical issues relating to tax professionals;(2) provide advice to the commission regarding continuing education courses and curricula for registrants;(3) provide advice to the commission regarding the contents of any examination required by the commission under this chapter; and(4) educate, and respond to questions from, the commission and the department regarding issues affecting tax professionals.Tex.
