Section 1103.403 - Contact Information(a) A certified or licensed appraiser who is a resident of this state shall maintain a fixed office in this state.(b) Not later than the 10th day after the date an appraiser changes the appraiser's address, e-mail address, or telephone number, the appraiser shall notify the board of the change and pay any required fee.Tex.
