Section 1103.056 - Officers; Executive Committee(a) The governor shall designate a board member who is an appraiser to serve as presiding officer of the board.(b) At a regular meeting in February of each year, the board shall elect from its members an assistant presiding officer and a secretary.(c) The presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary constitute the executive committee.Tex.
