Section 1101.405 - Reexamination(a) An applicant who fails an examination may apply for reexamination by filing a request accompanied by the proper fee.(b) An applicant who fails the examination three consecutive times may not apply for reexamination or submit a new license application unless the applicant submits evidence satisfactory to the commission that the applicant has completed additional education, as prescribed by the commission, since the date of the applicant's last examination.Tex.
