Section 1051.307 - Roster of Applicants The board shall maintain a roster of all persons who apply for a certificate of registration under this subtitle. The roster must include the following information about each applicant:
(1) the applicant's name, address, and age;(2) the date the applicant filed the application;(3) the applicant's place of business;(4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;(5) whether the applicant took the examination;(6) whether the board issued a certificate of registration to the applicant or rejected the application;(7) the date of the board's action on the application; and(8) any other information the board considers necessary.Tex.
