Section 1051.301 - Administration of Examination to Disabled Applicants

The board by rule shall ensure that an examination under this subtitle is administered to applicants with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq.) and its subsequent amendments.
