Section 1002.405 - Reinstatement(a) On application, the board may reinstate a license to engage in the public practice of geoscience to a person whose license has been revoked if a majority of the entire board votes in favor of the reinstatement.(b) As a condition for reinstatement, the board may:(1) review the applicant's qualifications and experience;(2) require continuing professional education;(3) conduct a reexamination on a periodic or other basis; or(4) require other evidence of the competence of the applicant.Tex.
