Section 1001.209 - Register of Applicants The board shall maintain a register of each application for a license or registration under this chapter or Chapter 1071 that shows:
(1) the name, age, and residence of each applicant;(2) the date of the application;(3) the applicant's place of business;(4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;(5) whether an examination was required;(6) whether the applicant was issued or denied a license or registration;(7) the date of board action; and(8) any other information the board considers necessary.Tex.
