Section 901.555 - Hearing(a) If the person requests a hearing, the board shall conduct a hearing in the manner provided for a contested case hearing under Chapter 2001, Government Code.(b) If the board determines after a hearing that the person committed the alleged violation, the board shall: (1) provide written notice to the person of the findings established by the hearing and the amount of the administrative penalty imposed; and(2) enter an order requiring the person to pay any penalty.
