Section 801.452 - Amount of Penalty(a) The amount of an administrative penalty may not exceed $5,000 for each violation per day.(b) The amount of the penalty shall be based on the schedule of sanctions adopted under Section 801.411.(c) A committee described by Section 801.408(c) or (d) shall recommend the amount of the administrative penalty based on the schedule of sanctions adopted under Section 801.411.Amended by Acts 2017, Texas Acts of the 85th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 536,Sec. 22, eff. 9/1/2017.Amended By Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 27, Sec. 22, eff. 9/1/2005.
