Section 702.302 - Disclosure Requirements(a) A health spa shall prepare a comprehensive list that includes each membership plan the health spa offers for sale. The health spa shall disclose the list to a prospective purchaser on request.(b) A certificate holder who is not exempt under Section 702.202 from the security requirements of Subchapter D must deliver to a purchaser a complete copy of the contract, accompanied by a written receipt for any payment made by the purchaser under the contract before entering into the contract with the purchaser.
