Section 651.652 - Applicability

(a) This subchapter applies only to a crematory that sells goods or services related to the burial or final disposition of a body.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., R.S., Ch. 562, Sec. 44, eff. March 1, 2004.
