(a) The commission may order a license holder to pay a refund to a person harmed by the license holder's violation of this chapter or failure to fulfill the terms of a purchase agreement with the person.(b) The amount of a refund ordered under this section may not exceed the actual amount paid by the person to the license holder.Added by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 124,Sec. 33, eff. 9/1/2019.
