Section 651.252 - License Application(a) An applicant for a funeral director's license or an embalmer's license must submit a written license application to the commission and pay the application fee.(b) The commission may require an applicant to appear before at least one member of the commission for approval of the person's application. The approval is subject to review by the entire commission.(c) The commission shall keep a permanent, alphabetical record of each license application and the action taken on the application.
