Section 651.204 - Public Participation(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on any issue under the commission's jurisdiction.(b) The commission shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to the commission's programs.(c) A member of the public is not required to provide notice to the commission before appearing and speaking before the commission.Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.376(b), eff. 9/1/2001.
